How CFD Trading Works
CFD (Contract for Difference) trading lets you speculate on the price movements of financial assets—like stocks, crypto, forex, commodities, and indices—without actually owning them.
You open a position based on whether you think the asset’s price will rise (go long) or fall (go short). If the market moves in your favor, you earn the difference between the opening and closing price. If it moves against you, you take a loss on that difference.
CFDs also allow you to use leverage, meaning you can control a larger position with a smaller deposit. This boosts your potential profits—but also increases your risk.
